A key feature of WYRF will be the Exhibition Display Stands which will be located adjacent to the conference venue. Conference participants will be attracted to this area as it will be the location of the daily refreshment breaks, lunches and end-of-day conference networking receptions. Therefore, the area will have high visibility ensuring exposure and participant traffic and footfall throughout the conference.The Exhibition Display Stand Sponsorship package includes the following benefits:
Prior to the event
- Your logo will be featured on the exhibitors' page of the conference website, with a hyperlink to your company website and a company profile (up to 100 words) on the Exhibitors page and delegate information guide
- Entry into the online business matching system, where registered delegates can contact you for appointments during WYRF
At the event
- Two complimentary delegate passes for full access to the conference (per 9sqm stand)
- A shell scheme or space only exhibition display space
The exhibition stand includes a 3 x 3m modular shell stand with white walls (9 panels each measuring 2.43m high x .96m wide), fascia with nameplate, 1 table, 2 chairs, 3 spotlights, 1 x 13 amp power point and power supply.
The sample below is a standard 3x3 shell stand with 2 sides open. Your stand which will be set-up during the exhibition will have 1 or 2 side open depending on your location and requirements
